WIN, KEEP AND GROW OUR BUSINESS

Our sales colleagues operate at the forefront of our business, negotiating contracts and pricing, and liaising between customers and other WTW teams to ensure every client gets the programs that meet their needs. They have an impressive track record of success. In the U.S., for example, we welcome more new retirement clients than do our competitors and our clients stay with us. We win 70% of actuarial bids for large U.S. prospects that change actuaries.

Join us as a channel sales lead, new business manager, producer or technical client support officer and you can help drive that success even further. Whether you’re winning new clients, prospecting to drive a quality pipeline for HR software products, or tackling the world of risk management, you’ll be able to make an impact on business generation from proposal to post-sales strategy.

HOW WE WORK

Our Sales teams drive new business across our organization, and work hard to gain new clients and retain existing ones. The diversity of the products and services we offer, coupled with the fact that we work with 86% of the Fortune Global 500, means there are many different opportunities for you to exercise your sales skills. Market themes you could potentially be working on range from transformational M&A and brokerage to modernizing benefits and developing programs for the future of work.
