The Role
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Benefits Delivery and Administration (BDA) team. This role is essential for supporting the sales team and ensuring they have the resources, materials, and guidance to succeed in a competitive marketplace. The Sales Enablement Manager will be the central point of contact for developing and managing sales materials, coordinating responses for proposals and RFPs, and aligning with corporate functions to meet client and prospect needs. With a hands-on project and proposal management focus, this individual will collaborate with Marketing and other functions to ensure alignment with our go-to-market strategy, enhance sales processes, and support client retention and business growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, experience writing and managing proposals, and a proven track record of success in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Management
- Lead all proposal-related activities, including content creation, customization, review, and submission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact when coordinating with corporate and business SME’s to ensure proposals reflect WTW’s brand standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate and track proposal-related activities to meet all deadlines. Maintain version control of proposal documents and ensure content database is kept up-to-date.
Project Management for Sales Initiatives
- Coordinate and manage projects that drive sales efficiency, including developing tools, processes, and resources to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with corporate functions to utilize available resources effectively and engage business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to tap into their expertise, ensuring efficient and streamlined execution.
- Monitor project milestones, address roadblocks, and continuously refine approaches to support sales team success.
Sales and Marketing Alignment
- Partner with Marketing to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive strategy that supports lead generation and sales conversion.
- Drive alignment between messaging for sales pitches, RFPs, and market positioning.
Sales Enablement Resources
- Provide hands-on support to the sales team by developing, updating, and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and collateral.
- Ensure sales team members are equipped with the necessary tools and information to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
Sales Materials Management
- Create, update, and maintain sales materials, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team in delivering effective, consistent messaging to clients.
Team Liaison
- Serve as the central liaison between sales, marketing, legal, and other corporate functions to gather resources and ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate with CRM and analytics teams to leverage data for sales strategy optimization.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and sales performance.
- Ensure alignment of all sales processes with industry best practices and team objectives.
This role can be held remotely from any location in the United States.

The Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing proposal development and sales content.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to execute successful submissions.
- Familiarity with web-based sales and RFP response technology solutions such as Loopio, RFP 365, Qvidian, etc. preferred.
- Experience in facilitating meetings and discussions, including preparing and presenting information to various stakeholders.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate bid demands.
- Knowledge and experience in employee and retiree benefits, the health insurance marketplace, and a solid understanding of Medicare and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
- Experience in graphic design, information design, and multimedia, a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
