Summary:
As a Tech and Change Project Manager, you will play an integral and impactful role in project managing Tech & Change strategic initiatives across our Multinational Services and Solutions (MSS) business, aligning with the wider Multinationals global initiative. The successful candidate will work with the MSS Tech & Change Leader, wider MSS leadership team and central team to co-ordinate and manage the design, development, and implementation of agreed Tech & Change projects. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who on a day-to-day will provide technical project management and planning assistance, helping to coordinate and report on key activities as well as manage meetings and interactions with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Business Analyst who will provide support in the implementation of the MSS Tech & Change strategy and projects. Our business is truly multinational, and the successful candidate is expected to engage with clients and colleagues on a global basis.
The Role:
- Strategic formulation: Facilitates collaborative process, ensuring well-articulated and prioritised roadmap and set of medium and long-term goals/ focus areas for agreed Tech & Change strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage the delivery of outputs from relevant workstreams which will include technology development, operations, change management, data analysis and our regulatory and compliance obligations
- Track and report on key workstreams identified and agreed with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and remain aligned with business objectives
- Continuously develop an in-depth knowledge of the internal and external environments across geographies to feed into strategic direction
- Proactively build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Provide technical support and assistance to the team on standard project management activities
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the delivery of service to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to ensure that we develop a compelling proposition which leverages the whole of WTW
- Collaborate with peers and internal team members on projects to support delivery of distinct pieces of work
- Prioritise activities in response to project changes and escalate where necessary to manage project risks or deviations from the plan
- Monitor and support a range of processes and systems in the function to ensure they are effectively maintained and coordinated within company procedures and guidelines
- Oversee the creation of presentations and reports, as required for stakeholder reporting and management
- Support the annual planning process to identify detailed list of annual priorities and manage the delivery and progress reporting of these
- Collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams, often working virtually, demonstrating effectiveness when dealing with colleagues at all levels
- Liaise as necessary with support teams including HR, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance & Audit
