As a Lead Associate within our Employee Experience practice, you will contribute to a wide variety of core and tailored solutions designed to help mid-market clients address a myriad of human capital challenges – whether it’s attracting, motivating and retaining top talent, ensuring meaningful and relevant Total Rewards programs, or staying abreast of the ever-growing employment regulations and paid sick/family leave laws.
While this role includes some client-facing activities, the focus will be in supporting the refinement, evolution and delivery of client resources and projects delivered by senior consultants. You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your employee experience/HR knowledge as well as project management and client relationship skills by working on projects alongside senior consultants. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will be afforded the opportunity to work remotely; however, the selected candidate will need to reside near a WTW office as they will be expected to go into an office during onboarding and as needed.
The Role:
Supports the development of intellectual capital, resources and, templated project solutions designed to assist in addressing clients’ HR challenges.
- Assists in the development/review of content for existing/new intellectual capital on topics including but not limited to ADA, employee insights, FMLA, paid time off, performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition and Total Rewards
- Assists in the preparation for delivery of client projects – prepares project plans, timelines, and development of deck/deliverable including reviewing client policies/processes and gathering/compiling benchmarking
- Conduct capability overviews and demos of core resources available via our value-added services line of business
- Conducts and presents key findings related to HR best practices to clients who engage in our HR Tactical Gap Assessment
- Assist senior consultants in responding to client inquiries and needs for guidance/assistance in addressing day-to-day HR challenges
- Builds relationships and knowledge within all lines of business at WTW in order to ascertain and recommend solutions that meet mid-market client needs
- Conducts relevant research, data analysis, creates reports and other materials to support operational and service delivery
- BS/BA preferably in Business Administration, HR or Finance with a minimum of three years of relevant experience preferably in a corporate / internal HR role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time
- Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong research and analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and attention to detail
- Ability to develop new tools and templates that can be leveraged using Excel and other software
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based technology solutions
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed, no more than 10% of time, and willingness to utilize web-based technology as alternatives.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $78,000 to $100,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
