- Sponsored by senior management, you can expect ongoing support and coaching. You’ll also receive a structured learning curriculum which includes training sessions and study support for your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.

- Retirement is our largest business, which goes to show just how important it is. As a graduate on this program, you can expect to offer consulting services to clients on assets and liabilities worth many hundreds of millions of pounds. You’ll also get the opportunity to become an expert in a demanding but highly rewarding environment.
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROGRAM
- Our technical analysts work on some of the largest pension schemes in the U.K. by providing expert advice, tackling complex challenges, and making a real difference to pensioners and employees. Client and project work here is very high profile, meaning what you do in the office could often be in the news the next day. While on the program, you’ll get the opportunity to complete exams and qualify as a Certified Actuarial Analyst (CAA) – an international qualification offered by CAA Global.
- INTEGRATED & GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PROGRAM
- Our Integrated & Global Solutions team manages global, local and cross-border benefits and compensation issues for our multinational clients. As part of our London team, you’ll learn to deliver and coordinate a broad range of consulting services by drafting reports and emails and preparing documents for meetings. You may also get involved in areas such as global health and wellbeing, global benefits management and defined contribution oversight.
- EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE CONSULTING PROGRAM

Our Risk & Analytics team supports large U.S. clients with reserving and funding for retained losses, captive feasibility, retention optimization and cost allocation models.
