What to expect
A WTW apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn from day one. On average, you’ll spend 20% of your time training towards a professional qualification. The other 80% you’ll spend working with one of our business teams, experiencing first-hand how we partner with our clients to find smart, innovative solutions to the challenges they face.
Our clients are varied – we advise organisations across all industries, from financial services to retail, telecommunications and energy. In the UK, we advise many of the world’s leading and largest companies and often collaborate with our offices around the world to provide a truly global service offering.
Who we look for
We’re on the lookout for individuals who want to transform our industry. Having the right attitude and motivation is key to working in our fast-paced and diverse environment. An apprenticeship with us will enhance your skills and confidence, and train you to become a leader in your field.
At WTW, there’s an Apprenticeship programme for everyone.
So whether you’re coming to us fresh from school or with years of experience, whether you’re just beginning to build your knowledge or have gained some great skills already, it’s definitely worth checking out our requirements to see which programme suits you best.
Your development
Investing in our people is a priority for us. When you join our Apprenticeship programme you will benefit from the knowledge and experience of your own mentor and partner with an apprentice buddy who will support you throughout the duration of the programme. The Apprenticeship team will also provide training to develop your skills and provide opportunities for you to learn more about our different business areas.
Key elements of your on and off the job learning and training will include:
- Textbook and online classroom learning
- Live online tutorials
- Support from a tutor and skills coach
