The Role

The position will provide support to Finance and Brokers to ensure, maintain and control revenue accuracy by managing and overseeing billing, collection and receivables operations. It will act as a liaison between finance, brokers, management, and be the contact person with clients and insurance companies.

• Ensure timely booking, receivables and accurate allocation.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and teams.
• Work with the region departments driving process efficiency and sustainability achieving client retention and satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with clients and WTW employees.
• Improve and reduce debits outstanding.
• Collaborate with departments and maintain process efficiency.
• Embed and promote a continues improvement environment.
• Prepare booking, receivables and reconciling reports.
• Monitor client payments, follow up on unpaid invoices, and ensure accurate data in the broking system.
• Lead and train the team, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices.

The Requirements

• 8-10 years of industry experience (preferably in insurance or brokerage, or related fields such as administration, controlling, finance, or collections).
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Administrative/controlling/growth mindset with market and process understanding.
• Strong negotiation skills with carriers, clients, and colleagues.
• Proactive problem-solving and end-to-end process knowledge in insurance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
